What is Auto-Replenish Plan?

Our Auto-Replenish Plan is an initiative to ensure you never run out of your honey by automatically ordering for you and delivering your honey to you every 2 months within 6 months of the day your order is placed.

The subscription will auto-renew after 6 months. See our Auto-Renew section below for more info.

How does it work?

1. Log in to your account. This step is essential for you to be able to manage your subscription.

2. Go to your desired product and simply select the 'Subscribe and Save' option according to your preference.

3. Upon confirmation, in addition to the Order Confirmation email you will receive from El Nahl, you will also receive an email from our 3rd party subscription system, Appstle, where you will receive a link with access to manage your subscription through your subscription dashboard.

4. This link will expire after 7 days. However, you will still be able to manage and keep track of your subscription by logging into your El Nahl account.

How long will it take to receive my first shipment after I sign up? When will I receive my packages?

You will receive your first package within 3-5 days after the date of purchase. Your subsequent packages will be delivered to your doorstep every 2 months or 3 months thereafter, depending on your selection of order frequency. An order will be automatically placed for you prior to delivery. You will be notified via email upon confirmation of delivery.

What payment methods are available?

Can I cancel my subscription or change the products in my subscription?

Yes, you may cancel your subscription for products that have not been processed for delivery.

To do this, simply select "Cancel Subscription" on your subscription dashboard.

However, please note that you are required to pay the difference of the original price (before subscription discount) of the products you have already received to proceed with the cancellation.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to change your subscribed products after placing your order.
