Delivery Dates

ORDER FREQUENCY:

An order will be automatically placed for you every 1 month from your first subscription order. You will receive 3 deliveries in total within 3 months from your first order date.

An order will be automatically placed for you every 2 months from your first subscription order. You will receive 3 deliveries in total within 6 months from your first order date.

An order will be automatically placed for you every 3 months from your first subscription order. You will receive 3 deliveries in total within 9 months from your first order date.

  • What is Auto-Replenish?

    Our Auto-Replenish Plan service is an initiative to ensure you never run out of your honey by automatically placing an order for you and delivering your honey to you at your preferred time.

    The subscription will auto-renew at the end of each cycle. See our Auto-Renew section below for more info.

    How does it work?

    1. Log in to your account. This step is essential for you to be able to manage your subscription.

    2. Go to your desired product and simply select the 'Subscribe and Save' option according to your preference.

    3. Upon confirmation, in addition to the Order Confirmation email you will receive from El Nahl, you will also receive an email from our 3rd party subscription system, Appstle, where you will receive a link with access to manage your subscription through your subscription dashboard.

    4. This link will expire after 7 days. However, you will still be able to manage and keep track of your subscription by logging into your El Nahl account.

    How long will it take to receive my first shipment after I sign up? When will I receive my packages?

    You will receive your first package within 3-5 days after the date of purchase. Your subsequent packages will be delivered to your doorstep every 1, 2 or 3 months thereafter, depending on your selected order frequency.

    You will be notified via email upon confirmation of delivery.

    What payment methods are available?

    3x Interest-free Installment via debit or credit card.

    You will be charged and notified prior to the delivery of your subscription order.

    Kindly note that payment via Grabpay and Shopback is not available for the Auto-Replenish Plan.

  • Can I cancel my subscription or change the products in my subscription?

    Yes, you may cancel your subscription for products that have not been processed for delivery.

    To do this, simply select "Cancel Subscription" on your subscription dashboard.

    However, please note that you are required to pay the difference of the original price (before subscription discount) of the products you have already received to proceed with the cancellation.

    Unfortunately, you will not be able to change your subscribed products after placing your order.

    Can I reschedule my upcoming deliveries?

    Yes you may, provided that the package has not been processed for delivery. Please get in touch with our Support Team at info@elnahlhoney.com or chat with us on our website.

    Can I pay by installment?

    Yes! Our 3x Interest-free Installment option enables you to pay as you go and enjoy your honey with no worries.

    You will be automatically charged prior to the delivery of your next honey, for a period of 3, 6 or 9 months, depending on your subscription period.

    Here's how it works:

    1. When you place your order, you will be charged only for the products you will receive upon the first delivery.
    2. Prior to your second delivery, our subscription system will automatically place an order on our website on your behalf. You you will be charged only for the products you will receive upon the second delivery.
    3. The same will occur prior to your third delivery.

    Please note that 3rd party installment options such as Shopback and GrabPay are not applicable for ARP products.

  • What does Auto-Renewal mean?

    It means that your subscription will be auto-renewed at the end of each cycle. The auto-renewal will occur depending on your selected order frequency:

    1 MONTH: Auto-renewal will occur on month 3.

    2 MONTHS: Auto-renewal will occur on month 6.

    3 MONTHS: Auto-renewal will occur on month 9.

    Will I be charged for auto-renewal?

    Yes, you will be charged for the auto-renewal on your original payment method.

  • Can I cancel the auto-renewal?

    Yes, you may cancel the auto-renewal anytime before the renewal is scheduled.

    Simply access your subscription dashboard and select 'Cancel Subscription' to cancel the auto-renewal.

    What if I need to change my payment details?

    You may edit your payment details on your subscription dashboard.

    Simply click on 'See more details' of your subscription and it will take you to your subscription page. Scroll down to the 'Payment details' section on the right section and click on 'Edit'.

    Follow the instructions and you should be able to edit your payment details.

  • How can I view or make changes to my subscription?

    You can view or make changes to your subscription by logging into your El Nahl user account. Upon logging in, you will be directed to your account dashboard where you will find the 'Manage Subscriptions' button on the right.

    What functions are available on my Subscription Dashboard?

    From your subscription dashboard, you will be able to:

    View your subscriptions
    View your upcoming deliveries
    View your subscription history
    Update your delivery address
    Update your payment details
    Reschedule your upcoming renewal
    Cancel your subscription

    For other functions not specified such as rescheduling your deliveries, please email us or chat with us on the website.
